Maryland Hard Money Lenders was founded by Patrick Freeze. Patrick has been in the real estate business for the last 15+ years, and has tremendous experience in the industry. He currently oversees a property management company with 6,000+ units and over 200 employees.

Walid works with the loan originators for all new deals and is the first to underwrite the deal and confirm we’re ready for the next stage. His process includes reviewing borrower’s credit, tax returns and banks statements as well as comparable properties to determine a deals viability. Additionally, Walid handles all bank draws and investor subscriptions.
